Terms and Conditions
Can you deliver in time for Christmas?
We recommend giving us your order as soon as possible to allow ample time. For orders sent by Royal Mail last delivery dates are as follows:-
UK
Please place your orders by 19th Dec to ensure Christmas delivery.
Next Day delivery orders by 2pm 23rd Dec
International
Orders placed by 2:30pm Fri 5th Dec to South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Asia, New Zealand and Australia
Orders placed by 2:30pm Wed 10th Dec to Japan, USA, Canada and Eastern Europe
Orders placed by 2:30pm Fri 12th Dec to Western Europe
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we deliver worldwide.
How much is postage?
UK is a flat rate of £3.95 however much you order
International is £8.95 however much you order
Look out for FREE postage promotions.
Do you provide a Next Day service?
If the option for Next Day delivery is available then it is only valid on orders placed before 2pm Mon-Thurs for UK Mainland. Sorry but we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday.
Orders placed after 2pm that choose the option Next Day will be dispatched Special Delivery the following day.
What payment methods do you accept?
You may use Paypal or Google Checkout which means we take Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. You DON'T already need a Paypal account to pay.
For payment by cheque/postal orders please contact us. This is available for UK customers only and Kookys cannot be held responsible for cheques/P.Os lost in the post.
How long will delivery take?
In the UK we aim to dispatch ASAP and hopefully you will have your order within 5-10 days.
International orders usually take 5 - 14 days via Airmail.
Delivery may be delayed if payment is made with cheques, postal orders or e-cheques. Your order will be sent once they have cleared.
Is everything on your website in stock?
We keep the site as up to date as possible. If on the rare occasion an item is not in stock you will be given a refund or the option of waiting for new stock.
Can I return the item?
Contact us first if you wish to return an item in order to get a returns code. Items can be returned via recorded delivery within 7 days providing they are in the same condition as when they were despatched ie unused, unworn, with packaging and tags. Return postage is non refundable unless due to our error.
I think your stock is the bees-knees, do you do wholesale merchandise?
Nope sorry, this is a retail site only we do not provide wholesale accounts.
Do you offer any voucher codes/discounts?
Yes! Please watch out for these in emails or on the website. If a technical or human error is made with the discount or misuse is suspected we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
What will you do with my details?
Here at Kookys we have a strict privacy policy. We will never give away or sell your information to a third party.
If your email is used for marketing from Kookys we will always provide you with a link to remove yourself.
We may store a cookie on your browser (not as delicious as it sounds), it's harmless however you can adjust your internet settings to prevent this happening.
If you enter a Kookys competition then we may contact you to confirm your entry and also whether or are a lucky winner or not.
